Balanced Training for a Balanced Dog

At Noble K9, balanced training means tailored, humane methods that fit your dog’s needs. We blend proven techniques to build clear communication, reliable response, and real-world obedience, customized for each dog and family.

Our Values

Our philosophy and approach to training

Real-World Reliability

Training doesn't matter if it falls apart at the park. We proof every dog in the environments that matter: busy streets, crowded stores, parks, and real-life distractions. Their obedience will be solid when it counts, not just in a controlled room.

Always Evolving

We don't rest on what worked last year. Our team is committed to continuous learning, advanced certifications, and staying ahead of industry standards so your dog benefits from proven methods and modern best practices.

Above-and-Beyond Service

Quality isn't negotiable here. We're committed to delivering exceptional care, clear communication, and results that exceed expectations because your dog and your peace of mind deserve nothing less.

Certified, Licensed & Insured

Noble K9 operates with full certification, licensing, and insurance. You can trust that your dog is in professional, accountable hands, not with a hobbyist or weekend trainer.

Health-First Training

Our trainers are educated in canine health and wellness principles. We conduct routine health evaluations and monitor every dog's physical and emotional well-being throughout their time with us.

You're Part of the Team

We don't just train your dog. We coach you. You'll leave with real skills, clear understanding, and the ability to maintain results long after the program ends. This is a partnership, not a hand-off.

Riayaan R.

Founder

At Noble K9, we don't settle for industry standards. We exceed them. That's the foundation Riayaan built this company on.

Riayaan founded Noble K9 with a clear vision: to create a training company that delivers real results without the gimmicks, excuses, or trial-and-error approach that frustrates so many dog owners. What started as a commitment to doing things the right way has grown into one of Ontario's most trusted names in professional dog training.

With experience spanning nearly every training discipline, Riayaan has worked with thousands of dogs: from young puppies building their first foundation to aggressive dogs others had given up on, and from family protection dogs to working K9s for law enforcement and security applications. His expertise covers foundation obedience, behaviour modification, off-leash reliability, and advanced protection training through Noble Protection Dogs.

What sets Riayaan apart is his ability to work with people from all walks of life. Whether coaching a first-time puppy owner, guiding a business owner through behaviour modification, or advising an executive on protection dog selection, Riayaan has a knack for meeting people where they are and delivering clear, actionable guidance they can trust.

As a leader, Riayaan is focused on continuous improvement for both the dogs in his programs and the team he's built around him. Noble K9 isn't a one-person operation. It's a team of skilled trainers who share the same commitment to professionalism, ethics, and results. Riayaan has built systems, processes, and training protocols that ensure every dog receives the same level of care and expertise, regardless of which trainer they work with.

Riayaan's work extends beyond pet dogs. Through Noble Protection Dogs, he sources, trains, and places elite protection dogs for discerning clients worldwide. His expertise in working dog selection, temperament evaluation, and advanced protection training has earned the trust of families, executives, and professionals who refuse to compromise on quality or reliability.

What drives Riayaan is simple: dogs deserve clear guidance, owners deserve honest answers, and the industry deserves higher standards. Noble K9 exists because he refused to accept anything less.

Founder

Chris B.

Manager & Trainer

Chris didn't come to dog training through a classroom. He came through experience most trainers will never have.

He started young, working with bird dogs where precision, focus, and handler communication aren't optional. From there, he spent a decade volunteering with bully breed rescues, taking on the dogs no one else wanted to touch. Aggressive, reactive, shut down, the cases other organizations turned away. He worked with them, rehabilitated them, and learned what it actually takes to change behavior when the stakes are high.

Chris completed a professional apprenticeship with a police dog trainer, where he learned detection work, bite work, and what it means to train dogs to a standard where lives depend on their reliability. That level of training doesn't leave room for shortcuts or excuses. It's the same standard he now upholds at Noble K9.

At Noble K9, Chris works with clients across the full spectrum. Puppies building their first foundation. Reactive dogs that make walks impossible. Aggressive cases that require real behavior modification. Protection dogs that need both control and capability. He's seen it all, trained it all, and knows how to deliver the results Noble K9 is known for.

What makes Chris effective is his ability to meet clients where they are while keeping sessions fun and engaging. He understands the frustration of living with a dog you can't trust. He knows what it's like to work with a case everyone else has given up on. And he knows how to execute the Noble K9 process in a way that's productive, effective, and something clients actually look forward to.

As our manager and senior trainer, Chris ensures every dog that comes through Noble K9 receives the same level of professionalism, structure, and care. He leads by example, holds the team accountable to our standards, and makes sure clients leave with the tools and confidence to succeed. His experience and leadership ensure that the Noble K9 standard is maintained across every program, every session, and every client interaction.

Chris doesn't just train dogs. He upholds the system, supports the team, and ensures that Noble K9 delivers on its promise: real training, real results, no excuses.

Manager & Trainer

Serena S.

Trainer

Serena came to Noble K9 with real experience already under her belt. She started her career at another training facility where she developed a strong foundation in e-collar work, reactivity, and behaviour modification. The kind of work most trainers avoid.

She's worked with dogs that pull, lunge, and lose their minds the second they see another dog. Dogs with aggression issues that make daily life stressful and unpredictable. Dogs that need more than basic obedience because their behaviour problems run deeper than a lack of training. Serena knows how to assess what's actually driving the issue and build a plan that addresses it.

What makes Serena effective is her ability to problem-solve on the spot. Training doesn't always go according to plan. Dogs don't read the script. Serena adapts, adjusts, and figures out what works for each individual dog. She doesn't rely on one method or get stuck when something doesn't click. She finds the solution.

Clients appreciate how approachable she is. Serena makes training feel less overwhelming. She breaks down complex concepts, explains the why behind what she's doing, and makes sure owners understand how to apply it at home. She's patient with clients while still holding them accountable. That balance is what gets results.

Whether it's off-leash reliability with e-collar conditioning, managing a reactive dog on walks, or working through serious behaviour modification, Serena brings the experience and problem-solving skills that keep progress moving forward. She's not here to make excuses or tell you what you want to hear. She's here to help you fix the problem.

Her ability to stay calm under pressure, read dogs accurately, and connect with clients makes her a valuable part of our team. If you're working with Serena, you're working with someone who knows what she's doing and won't quit until the job is done.

Trainer

Safiya V.

Trainer

Safiya is proof that the apprenticeship program works.

She started at Noble K9 as a kennel tech, doing the early mornings, the cleaning, the grunt work most people don't want to do. But she showed up, paid attention, and proved she was willing to learn. That led to a 12-month apprenticeship where she worked alongside our senior trainers, learning everything from foundation obedience to behaviour modification to what it takes to run professional training programs.

Now she works full time, leading our kennel tech team and training dogs across all our programs. She's come up through the system, which means she understands every part of the operation and what it takes to get results.

What makes Safiya effective is her patience and her ability to work with shy, nervous, or uncertain dogs. Not every dog comes in confident and ready to work. Some dogs shut down. Some are fearful. Some need time to build trust before they can learn. Safiya knows how to read those dogs, move at their pace, and bring them out of their shell without pushing too hard or too fast.

Most of her work focuses on bettering obedience. Foundation commands, reliability, impulse control, the skills every dog needs to be manageable and well-behaved. She's methodical, consistent, and doesn't skip steps. Dogs that train with Safiya leave with solid, reliable obedience because she takes the time to build it right.

Safiya's story is a reminder that if you're willing to work, show up, and put in the effort, there's a real career path here. She started cleaning kennels. Now she's training dogs and leading a team. That's what happens when you take the work seriously.
